' Sodaf Beirut - صُدف بيروت ' by Music-A is a Lebanese band performing traditional and oriental music that characterizes the everlasting festive culture of the country (Lebanon).
A beautiful blending combination of oriental percussions, and Hybrid Drums, harmony and melody with buzuq, kanun, violin, vocals, keys & bass as instruments and hyped up with the traditional Lebanese drummers (Tboul) and folklore dance called "Dabke".
Sodaf Beirut can either perform as a full band (as mentioned above) or just as an oriental percussive setup made of musicians who play the 'Derbake', 'Daf', 'katem' and #tar and in some case, we blend hybrid drums and percussions. The band can be presented a small group, full band or even an oriental orchestra & guest artists are always added as per request.
